Our Mission
Bissett Accounting and Business Solutions is a locally owned and operated firm headquartered in Westfield, Indiana, with a satellite presence serving the Mid-Atlantic (Northern Virginia, Washington D.C., and Maryland). We have expanded beyond accounting into full operations, people, and financial leadership — giving growing businesses access to fractional COO and CFO expertise without the full-time cost.
We take pride in fostering personal relationships with our clients, looking at every business through three lenses — operations, people, and finance — to find and remove the bottlenecks holding back growth.
Our Executive Team
Tabitha Salati
Founder & CEO
After graduating from Indiana University – Indianapolis with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance, Tabitha joined the Indianapolis office of Clifton Gunderson as an Auditor in the Healthcare Department. She consulted with State Agencies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their accounting departments, then spent over a decade in Corporate America holding positions from Accounting Manager to Controller and CFO across SEC and privately held companies (2011–2023). In 2023 she founded the firm, bringing years of financial leadership and statement interpretation to small businesses.
Tabitha is a long-time resident of Westfield, Indiana where she resides with her husband, Justin, three children and one step daughter. When she isn't running the children to and from practices and games, she enjoys supporting her beloved IU Hoosiers basketball teams, visiting beaches and spending time with her family. Tabitha and family are members of Cornerstone Lutheran Church.
Tiffany Testa, MBA
Chief Operating Officer
As an operations executive with a passion for early-stage company development, Tiffany's career has been a testament to transformative leadership and operational efficiency. With key qualifications in values-based hiring, process improvements, building operations from the ground up, and identifying automation opportunities, she has successfully laid robust foundations for business growth for various start-ups and small businesses across Fintech, Proptech, SaaS, and Healthcare industries.
Tiffany has always believed that strong foundations make for sustainable growth, and her goal remains to translate this belief into action — nurturing revolutionary change in every organization she is part of. Her insights into operational efficiency, process improvement, and the art of transforming early-stage companies into established enterprises have proven invaluable in driving growth and success for numerous businesses.
